Spend half an hour with the UK’s most talented Met Police Officers in this unique view behind the scenes at their Imber Court training centre. Watch officers and horses jump through fire, ride bareback, see the stables and hear Sergeant Craig Richards talk about the training the Mounted Police Horses go through and what it takes to be a mounted officer. Whilst being operational, these horses also make up the the ‘Activity Ride’ which you can see at events, they jump through fire, ride bareback whilst holding saddles in the air, the Activity Ride Riders are the most elite in the police force and Sergeant Craig leads it all.

- Test music (5 mins) - You can take this test to any British Dressage competition* and use in any Dressage test. This test includes a vibrant selection of contemporary popular orchestral music, we have called it 'Let it Go'!
- Training Wheel (5 mins) - This is the perfect aid for practising your routine. It's repeat of the Test, with additional voice-over from Nick guiding you through the music helping you with your walk, trot and canter transitions right up to the final halt.
The final 15 minutes is all practise music - enjoy and explore a variety of music for different gaits whilst schooling or hacking.
